Arguably one of the greatest custom sneakers is up for auction. Unfortunately we missed featuring them during our downtime when they were first revealed last month, but these Nike Zoom Revis “Mag” Customs by Brian Villanueva aka @The_Wolfstein could be yours to wear if you fit size 11. To any sneakerhead that checks the blogs and scrolls through Instagram religiously knows these are inspired by the Nike Mag from the Back to the Future that saw a special eBay and live auction only release in 2011.

@SekureD X @theCosentino Custom @bicyclecards Nike Dunk Shoes
It is refreshing when two parties at the top of their respective crafts come together for special project. Once again Australian sneaker customizer Sekure D was commissioned by fellow Aussie Illusionist Cosentino to create a 1 of a kind pair of custom kicks. After a recent collaboration with the playing card company Bicycle, Cosentino wanted something to represent the look of a deck of cards on a sneaker.
Nike Foamposite Jimi Hendrix Purple Haze Custom Shoes | @SmoothCustoms82
If you were asked what is a great base shoe to showcase a detailed painted graphic the Nike Foamposite for their uneven panels would probably be the last choice. So perhaps that makes these an even better accomplishment? Modern futuristic looking sneaker meets arguably ahead of his time musician Jimi Hendrix in this custom Foamposite titled “Purple Haze” by SmoothTip. Instead of going with one of the already purple heavy Foam base shoes like the Eggplants or Electro Purple joints SmoothTip brought the purple along to the Stealth black model.

Nike Air Raid 360 by @ReviveCustoms
Streetball’s original tough playground shoes meet one of running’s comfort innovations in this Nike Air Raid 360 by Revive Customs. A piece of Nike history from 1992 as seen below this famous Air Raid has seen better days but thanks to Revive they can still live on. Well their upper that is. But an upper that still needed a bit of fixing up as the back heel panels leather peeled away. Through a tested process the soles from a Nike Air Max shoe were removed, positioned, and glued to the vintage Air Raid upper.
Air Jordan IV x Nike Yeezy II Custom by @ammoskunk x @sewnupsoles
As the custom sneaker world grows and certain customizers focus on a niche skill the amount of collaborations will only increase. An often seen custom is that of a colorswap, but instead of just a color change @ammoskunk and SewnUpSoles went a bit further to be filed under the “hybrid” classification. Titled “Air Yeezy IV Revelation” this retro Air Jordan IV has been mashed up with that of an Nike Air Yeezy II. What started out as a Jordan IV retro in the military blue colorway now has the look of the Yeezy II’s black/solar red colorway starting with an all black upper.
@JBFcustoms X @RegularOlTy Air Jordan 1 “Venetto” Custom Q & A
With teasers hitting the Internet last week it was our duty to bring an inside scoop on this interesting work by JBF Customs. The project is in fact a collaborative design effort between Jake of JBF Customs and @RegularOlTy of Leaders1354. The latest in JBF’s line of reconstructed custom sneakers these truly represents “premium” starting with a thick burgundy leather used on the toes, lace, and heel panels. The next obvious material is cork placed from the toe box, mid panels, Swooshes, tongues and upper heels.
