Nike Flightposite III Spiderman
True sneaker customizers flex their creativity and skills when they step outside of the typical base shoes. One reason is because once you customize a certain model it becomes easier over time as you learn little tricks to improve your process. This effort right here makes perfect use of the base. Released in 2001 this pair of Flightposites now qualifies for vintage in sneaker terms.
With no retro FPIII on the horizon a brave customer commissioned Mache to create a Spiderman theme upon a shoe that already seems like it’d be the kicks the superhero would wear. The end result is a former black and blue base covered in a combination of red and royal blue in the styling of Spidey’s suit. A pair that is the definitions of a 1 of 1 and being able to challenge ones skills.
