It is that time of the year, no not the holidays or the yearly peak of religious commercialization, well it is but the time when the top, best, worst whatever list of the past year are released. Sneaker Freaker has done this very well the past probably 5 years or so. This year they selected people who have been making moves in the sneaker subculture throughout 2009 and asked them to name their Best of the Best sneaker from 2009. Of course all Paint Or Thread cares about is the custom sneakers.
