A great discussion on based on that question has just gotten started at the: Sole Collector: Customs & Restorations Forum. A great question it is. Someone who customizes just for themselves must have a certain amount of excess income to spend on materials and base shoes to work on. Those that customize for money can have their expenses taken care of through producing designs the market wants if they are able to sell them. Yet when money becomes the main factor behind ones customizing, designs will mostly likely not progress as fast and far as they could. Whats your opinion of the matter?
