Oh I love discussing custom shoes, custom sneakers, breakfast cereals, whatever. EmmanueLabor started up a discussion today about the difference between Custom sneakers vs. fake or variant sneakers on the Sole Collector Forum. This is a good topic to cover as this year has seen extremely large amounts of growth in the “decon-recon” sector which many are technically using just the sole of the original brand and creating and entirely new upper. This same type of thing is done in the automobile world but using very little original parts or no at all which they become “replicas”.
