One Tinker Hatfield designed sneaker gets colorswapped onto another pair of Tinker designed Nike Airs. If you surveyed a group of average OG sneakerheads these two models would have a high chance of being in their top 5. The latest by The Wolfstein, a pair of Nike Air Tech Challenge II retros in the hot lava/white/black colorway gets a makeover to its cousin the Air Jordan III black/cement while still keeping the lava hot.
To start the mostly white upper was painted flat black on the toe box and mid panels. The most notable change though is blackout of the classic hot lava ATC print and the addition of elephant print. A la the AJ III, the print was recreated very well being engraved by hand. Other details of a black strip upon the heel midsole, grayed out tongues, custom logo tags, hot lava outlines on the bottom lace eyelets and a Nike Tennis logo’ed lambskin sockliner complete the colorswap customization. Now who wants to see the opposite?
This pair is available on eBay in size 10 here, but if you must have these in your size inquiries can be sent to The Wolfstein via Twitter: @The_Wolfstein or Instagram: @The_Wolfstein
