Some may think JBF Customs does the same thing every time he makes a custom. Well lately that probably is true…and that thing is execute the reconstruction arguably better than anyone? Chances are these as many pieces of his lately have been customer orders. Why not show those off? This latest pair is definitely worth bragging about as the color scheme stands out from much of what we’ve seen from the JBF workshop in recent times, something like a blue zoo, titled “Incomparablue” Air Jordan III.
Once again the third Air Jordan model is utilized, but in a much more vibrant outcome than an earlier pair he made this year for Wale. The previously all black upper was replaced with that of authentic ostrich skin of a vibrant blue hue. The iconic elephant print panels and tongue were remade with a similar blue alligator skin, while the heel, lace and quarter panels were authentic eel. To add a bit of contrast to the almost all blue everything was a bit of red lambskin on the sock and tongue liners, a perfect touch to the red plastic eyelets. Or do you think a blue liner would have been better?
These are probably a 1 of 1 but a similar design can be commissioned via JBFcustoms.com and be sure to follow him on Instagram for some behind the scenes looks at how Incomparable work happens: @JBFcustoms
