As if themes like the MF Doom Dunk SB, De La Soul Dunk SB, and Skunk Dunk SB themes swapped on a Nike Air Max weren’t good enough for you these Supreme Nike Dunk SB better be. That list is all the work of San Antonio-based sneaker customizer Jake Danklefs. Having already solidified his name in custom sneakers under Dank Customs years ago, with this pair he has the Dunk SB theme customs on locked, buried, and shutdown.
Going with the idea to mimic the red pair, Dank painted the Nike Air Max 1’s already faux croc upper to match perfectly. Additions of painting the metallic gold star pattern on the mid panels looks like it was actually taken right from a pair of the original Dunks. A set of black laces and a pair of lace dubres with Supreme across them finish off the swap.
