Have you ever dreamt of Super Nintendo shoes? If no, video game custom sneaker theme king FreakerSneaks strikes again with a custom concept of what they could look like. After giving Nintendo fans across the world a desirable Air Jordan IV custom last year, now US fans of SNES and NBA Jam have their own sneakers to wish for. Once again going with the Air Jordan IV as his base, a muted upper was painted in shades of gray and purple a la the original Super Nintendo Entertainment System console. This time shades of purple were used from the US SNES version opposed to the multicolor Japanese, Australia and Europen inspired option FreakerSneaks created in 2016. In the same fashion as before sets of pressable buttons from actual SNES controllers were embedded in place of the Jumpman logos on the heel. A new spin on the theme includes the Air Jordan tongue tags being replaced with screen shots of the original NBA Jam video game featuring a matchup with modern day elites the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors.
10 pairs of these will be available to order Saturday 6/17/17 at FreakerSneaks.com. You can see more work from Freaker at Instagram.com/freakersneaks
