Nike Air Monarch Looking Like The Royal Air Jordan I

You can say the Nike Air Monarch is an official member of the customized sneaker club. Not fitting into the regular rotation of many sneakerheads, anyone owning a pair under the age of 30 is likely for laughs. The Nike sneaker is of their best selling models, if not the best. Mostly an affordable and comfortable pair choice of many dads and grandpas across the country. But with that popularity comes some jokes. Here we have customizer SneakPrints showing what they’d look like in one of the most classic Air Jordan I colorways.

The Air Jordan I royal color blocking was painted upon the Nike Air Monarch. The black/red/white Monarch was used as the base. First black was used on the toes and lace panel. Next, a royal blue was painted upon the panels to match the placement of the blue on the Air Jordan including the heel, toebox and Swooshes. A photo below shows the inspiration in the background. Odds are a pair like this would be popular among sneakerheads willing to branch out from their hyped up models and respect a shoe based on a dope colorway they already love.
