Nike Air Jordan VIII influenced custom sneakers

There have been a few customs in the past based on the design of the Air Jordan VIII graphics. The best are likely from the Above the Clouds crew 2 or 3 years ago that used the heel and liner designs. Hell they were even faked and sold to thousands of burger fans. There have also been a few inspired by the “aqua VIII” but nothing too memorable. Fast forward to this week and two customizers dropped their own rendition using the classic graphics: TooNice and JGoods.

TooNice threw all the colors together black, red, purple, grey, and yellow using the line graphics on a pair of Dunk lows. These are a solid design but missing that bit of white, which is the reason I think this designed popped and stood out so well ever since 1993.  JGoods pair of Nike Air Zoom Tre’s played on the original concept only updated. By adding a fade not known to the VIII he updated the concept to today’s standard releases. Great work by both, TooNice adding his own spin and JGoods keeping it current.
