AJKO..with a K for Kustom..Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro

Rarely are Nike Air Jordans customized and every once and a while those customized Jordans end up looking good. Here is that once in a while by cutch of the Sole Collector Forums. He took the recently released Air Jordan 1 in canvas and infrared to look like the original Air Jordan KO in canvas. He even made them look like they were from 1985 with the vintage yellowed midsoles.

Logan Real: Custom Painted Shoes

What we posted here is nothing revolutionary. The work is extremely clean so it deserves a look. A couple of custom Nike Air Force 1s created by Logan Real Custom shoes out of Miami. Featuring the signature look of Logan Real:  colored geometrical shapes inspired by stained glass. All done by hand, the edges are super straight. Word is Logan Real is also having a shoe released by a footwear company, not big as Nike, but still very well known: Lacoste. More on that as word comes out, but its just more proof that a distinct artistic style can catch the eye of the shoe companies.

Sab_One: Nike Dunk High Spawn Custom Shoes

The first look at a all-around complete custom shoe is a great moment: clean painting, flowing color blocking, complementary accent colors and realistic graphics. The customizer responsible for the most recent great moment is Sab_One.  Spawn characters have always been extremely detailed, Sab_One followed that reputation in his version of Spawn themed Nike Dunk highs: from the red cape to the chains to the menacing green eyes and smile. Even more the fact that he did not paste the  “Spawn” title all over the shoe makes these somewhat subtle relying only on great recreation of a comic book character on a 3D canvas. Customs like this are the ones that make other customizers and fans remember your name. Lookout Sab One the requests will start flowing in!

AKKUSTOMZ: Custom Disney’s Aladdin Nike Air Force 1

If you have read most of PaintorThread’s posts you would probably realize custom shoes like this do not get very much love and attention. These Disney Aladdin Nike Air Force Ones by AKKUSTOMZ are worthy of some attention though. With the Genie and Aladdin on the toes airbrushed and hand painted, and small movie scenes on the back panels. It is a bit hard to tell if the back is painted or a sort of printed on fabric, I assume the latter, either way it looks good. Not overdone, though not something everyone could wear.

Ghettrocentricity: Nike Windrunners “vintage-ized”

Yeah we just made up a word “vintage-ized” and Ghettrocentricity made these customs. Insane use of a vintage Nike piece for the fabric, genius (Too bad Nike can’t come up with that idea!). Better yet under the purple, green, and blue fabric is reflective 3m Scotchlite material! The splatter matches perfect as well in color and layout! Ghettro……still one of the best in the game. Check it!
