Air Jordan Futures Cliff Huxtable by FBCCNYC

What was somewhat of an accidental design and a symbol of times to come turns back the clock thanks to FBCCNYC. The official release of the Air Jordan Futures take the iconic AJ XI silhouette with a reworked upper that is a completely woven design on top of one of the best soles in sneaker history. Slated for multiple colors to release this year the new model doesn’t offer the most customizable platform. But Devlin of FBCCNYC may have found exactly how they should be customized.

The custom reconstructed design is mid 1980s + 1995 + 2014. Cosby Sweater + Air Jordan XI sole + Air Jordan Futures. They are titled after Bill Cosby’s television character Cliff Huxtable whom through pop culture lore will live on for many things, but namely his intricate, colorful, eye catching sweaters he wore on The Cosby Show. What began as the Volt colorway of the Futures was kept the same on the soles and midsoles but the entire upper and tongue are now covered completely in a multi colored woven sweater material reminiscent of something Cliff wore from 1984-1992. The original volt laces are kept to accent the soles.

These are a 1 of 1 made for himself, but you can contact FBCCNYC for your own custom via his site: FBCCINC.com and follow him on Instagram: @FBCCNYC
