JBF Customs ended 2014 hurting feelings by announcing his python customizations would be put to rest until further notice. But now you can’t say he hasn’t given fans an opportunity to win some of his custom work. Next up was the announcement of his work being applied to the Adidas Jabbar Hi retro in collaboration with FOX Broadcasting Company’s new show titled Empire. Working with KicksLA, the two will be offering you the chance to win one of 5 pairs via Instagram.
The signature model of Kareem Abdul Jabbar has been gifted with a premium feel that it likely hasn’t seen before. The upper is reconstructed with premium black leather that allow a set of metallic gold python stripes to stand out. An accent of EMPIRE placed parallel to the stripes, custom tongue tags, leather insole and liner finish them off.
