Tradition meets modern on this custom Nike Air Vapormax by Bespoke IND. The traditional running shoe probably hasn’t had leather as it’s main material for an upper for over 25 years. The Australian crew at Bespoke IND forgot about tradition in this reconstruction disposing of the Nike Flyknit for leather or suede. This set of customs was completed with quality materials in that of tumbled calf leather or grey calf suede. Color details came in on the tongues of Hermes orange kangaroo leather to go with beige patent leather Swooshes. But they didn’t just put them in premium materials.
Keeping inline with the shoes original lacing setup, the upper was set with waxed thread that extends through the sole lasting secured under the upper for a fit like the original construction. Extra details of veclro tongue tags will let their customers add a bit of their own style creating a set with their own requested artwork.
