You know you are important to Nike when they release two different models of your signature shoe. That was the case for Lebron James on his 9th shoe. A few weeks ago his second version, King James himself leaked 3 nicknamed colorways of the Elite 9 only released to the general public on the regular Lebron 9: China, Canons, and Galaxy. But leave it to a sneaker customizer to make them a reality you can wear.
That customizer to attempt them was Twizz Customs and the model was the orange and black Galaxy. Twizz stuck to recreating the colorway with metallic orange contrasted against a slightly more red shade on the flywire panels. Next the tongues logos were recreated to the galaxy stylings. The biggest change though is the painting of the galaxy print on the carbon fiber panels of the upper. Finishing touches included silver painted Swooshes and glow in the dark soles to turn heads at night.
